E-01Rear motor Hall sensor faultThe controller cannot read the position sensors inside the rear hub motor. The motor usually stutters, shakes or will not start.E-02Throttle faultThe throttle is sending a signal while the scooter starts, or a signal the controller does not expect. This stops the scooter from taking off on its own.E-03Rear controller faultThe rear motor controller has reported a fault, often after heat or a hard load.E-04Brake faultThe scooter thinks a brake is being held, so it cuts the motor power. Usually a lever not coming fully back, or the small switch in the lever.E-05Controller undervoltageThe controller sees too low a battery voltage. Most often just a flat battery, sometimes a wrong display setting.E-06Display not hearing the controllerThe display is not receiving data from the controller. Usually the cable between them: at the folding joint, the stem or a plug.E-07Controller not hearing the displaySame cable, the other way round: the controller is not receiving from the display.E-08Rear motor stall protectionThe rear motor was told to turn but could not. Something is jamming it, or the load was too high from a standstill.E-09Temperature protectionSomething is too hot: controller or motor. Power is cut to protect them.E-11Front motor Hall sensor faultThe front motor position sensors are not being read. The front motor stutters or does nothing.E-13Front controller faultThe front motor controller has reported a fault.E-18Front motor stall protectionThe front motor could not turn when asked.
