E-08 Rear motor stall protection

The rear motor was told to turn but could not. Something is jamming it, or the load was too high from a standstill.

What to check

    Switch off. Lift the rear wheel and spin it by hand.

    Look for stones, string or grass wound round the axle, a rubbing brake disc or a rubbing mudguard.

  3. 3

    Remove what is jamming it. If the wheel feels rough or grinds when spun by hand, see the grinding-noise guide.
