E-06 Display not hearing the controller

The display is not receiving data from the controller. Usually the cable between them: at the folding joint, the stem or a plug.

What to check

    Switch off. Find the display cable joints (often near the handlebar and inside the deck front).

  2. 2

    Unplug, check for water, corrosion or pushed-back pins. Dry and clean, plug back firmly.

  3. 3

    Fold and unfold the stem while watching the cable: a cable that is pinched at the fold is a common cause.
