Only one motor works
In dual-motor mode both wheels should pull. If one does nothing, check the mode first, then the cables.
Is this your problem?
- Scooter feels weak, only one wheel spins when lifted
- Front wheel spins but rear does not, or the opposite
Likely causes
Lift the scooter so both wheels are off the ground (carefully), switch on, and apply a little throttle. Which wheel turns?

When to take it to a shop
If one controller has failed. They are separate units, and a shop can swap the right one.
