Check this first
Charge fully and try again. Check the P03 setting on the display.
What you need

Step by step

- Charge fully with the original charger
Then ride normally.
- Check P03 = 60
Your manual shows how to open the P-settings. P03 is the battery voltage and should be 60.
- Ride gentler at low charge
Lower mode, softer throttle below about 20%.
Stay safe
- Anything inside the battery pack, or a pack that is swollen, hot, smells or has been dropped hard. Stop using it and take it to a shop that works on e-scooter batteries.

If it cuts out over bumps (a loose connection inside the deck), or at high charge.
