Suspension feels too hard or too soft
This scooter uses rubber elastomers, not springs or air. Old or cold rubber changes the feel.

Lift the wheel and see if the arm moves smoothly with the bolt snug.

Step by step

- Check the pivot is not binding
Loosen slightly, then tighten until snug but free.
- Inspect the elastomers
Look for cracks, flat spots or rubber crumbs.
- Replace worn elastomers in pairs
Use ones made for the S10-S-Z. Swap one side at a time so you can copy how it sits.
When to take it to a shop
This one is fine to do at home. If anything looks different from what’s described here, stop and ask a shop.
