Buildings
that breathe.

A studio for houses, galleries and public rooms where light does most of the talking.

Selected work

Quiet landmarks.

Recent commissions across housing, culture and hospitality. Each one shaped by its site, not a house style.

Material honesty

Concrete, timber, daylight.

We build with three materials and one rule: nothing pretends to be something it is not.

How we work.

Small team, long projects, no shortcuts. We take on six commissions a year so every one gets a partner's full attention.

Listen first

The first month is questions, walks on the site, and coffee. The design starts once we understand how you actually live.

Draw slowly

We iterate on paper before anything goes to render. Slow drawings make fast, certain builds.

Stay through the build

We are on site every week until the keys are handed over. The drawing is a promise, and we keep it.

Space,
made still.

"They gave us a house that feels bigger inside than it looks outside, and calmer than anywhere we have lived."
