The sunglasses button at the top of this site changes the name and icon of the browser tab to something dull, like “Untitled document” or “Inbox”. That is called tab cloaking.
It changes the text and the little picture on the tab, and nothing else. It remembers your choice, so it stays in place when you reload or come back.
It does not hide anything from the network. It does not get past a filter. It does not change the web address. And anyone who looks at your screen will see a game, because it is a game.
It is a bit of fun, not a way to get away with anything.
Press the sunglasses button again and choose the top option, which puts the real name back.
